“Báirín Breac”: October 2019 Fiber Club
Bbáirín breac (pronounced bawreen brack) or barmbrack is Ireland’s Halloween cake*. Mr. Hello Yarn said this colorway reminded him of it and lo, he was correct. Raisins and sultanas and candied orange are all represented.

The fiber is a 70s Merino that is so silky and soft- like kittens!- and is from non-mulsed sheep. The fiber is about 3″ long and a joy to spin.
Use it for anything next to skin.
*Read about the custom here. Mr. Hello Yarn says nothing was worse than getting the ring when you were a little kid. 💎
